    As stated in the invitation to be an expert, each expert commits to emailing her list 2 times to invite her community to participate in the Sacred Self-Care Virtual Women's Well. In addition, each expert will promote the event on social media at least 3 times during the week-long event: December 5th - 12th, 2016.
    EXPERT RELEASE & AGREEMENT  (Audio, Visual and Written Materials)

    I accept Meggie Winchell's offer to participate as an Expert in the Sacred Self-Care Virtual Women’s Well, December 5th - 12th, 2016.

    I authorize Meggie Winchell & Soul-Centered Life Coaching to use my name, voice, likeness and biographic information in connection with the creation, use and distribution of this event including use on the World Wide Web.

    I warrant that the presentation, images provided, and any written or verbal material I submit are original, that their publication will not infringe on the rights of others, and that I have full power to grant this license. If my presentation, images, or written materials require permission for use, I have obtained a written permission from the copyright proprietor.

    I understand that this release form applies only to materials submitted for the purpose of this event and that this release in no way prohibits me from using my own material in any manner I so desire.
